Returns
Due to the nature of our product, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any items once they have shipped. All sales are final.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Email us at lasaummartini@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue.
We will review your request and issue a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Returns are not required for damaged or incorrect items.
Refunds
Once we review your claim, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original method of payment. Please allow several business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check with your bank or credit card company.
